Brittney Adams | UX Designer
Psychology-Driven, User-Centered
Designing with empathy, backed by research, and driven by purpose.
I'm a UX designer passionate about creating intuitive, research-driven digital experiences that center real user needs. With a background in psychology and HR operations, I blend strategy, empathy, and user insights to design thoughtful solutions that connect people and drive real-world impact.
My background in psychology and HR operations gives me a unique lens into user behavior, decision-making, and systems thinking. I don’t just design for aesthetics — I create experiences that solve problems, build trust, and align with real business goals.
This perspective helps me design solutions that are not only user-friendly but also drive measurable results for teams and users alike.
What makes me different?
I’m currently completing my Master of Science in User Experience at Arizona State University, with a focus on UX research, usability testing, and digital strategy. I’m graduating in May 2025 and excited to bring these skills to a UX or product design role where I can help teams create clean, human-centered experiences that make an impact.
Where am I now?
The Human Behind the Screens
Outside of design, you’ll usually find me strength training, running, trying new recipes, or spending time with my chihuahua. I believe that curiosity, consistency, and a little joy outside of work help create more thoughtful and human-centered designs.
